Summer Camp Tennis Program

• Daily tennis training with a focus on technique, matches, and game comprehension.
• Strengthening of coordination skills.
• A final tournament on the last day of camp with a ceremony, on Friday afternoon. 
• Ages 4-18 years
• Each player will be allocated to a group based on age, skills and date of registration 
• 4 players per group 
• Tennis-related sports such as badminton, squash, basketball are part of daily practice

• Test rackets are available free of charge

• Indoor shoes are highly appreciated

Full-day  

• Monday - Friday 10:00 – 15:00 
• CHF 679 including Lunch.

Half-day

• Monday - Friday 10:00 – 12:00
• CHF 329 without Lunch

Care service

Care service is available for Fr. 15/h per child after agreement.

Tennis teams

InsideOut Tennis Academy relies on the kids tennis program created by ITF (International Tennis Federation) “Play and Stay” and Swiss Tennis. 

We emphasize on 50% tennis and 50% coordination and physical skills.

Red team 4-6 years old

Our youngest pupils learn the ABC of Tennis with lots of fun and games in a child-friendly environment.

Orange team (7-10 years old)

For our young players shorter rackets, slower balls and smaller court leads to quick learning success and more joy for the game!

Green Team 10-14 years old

Our more advanced players balance among technical, tactical and condi training, and points play to experience the joy for the game.

More Programs

Ball School, ideal age 3 - 5 years

• In this course children are encouraged to use their motor skills, coordination and tactics in various forms of play, especially of course with balls of all kinds. 
• Catching, throwing, swinging, hitting, stopping, bouncing, dribbling, kicking, etc. - What matters is our playful, age-appropriate approach.
• Through playfull activities we motivate children to try things out, become self-confident and develop social skills.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons and Camps are also available on request.
