There they can visit the permanent geology excibition or the current special excibitions. They can feel the earth shaking in the earthquake simulator and have a fun and educating time in the workshops about the moon mission, minerals or geology. 

There is a Public program on Sundays.The guided tours and lectures take about one hour (without reservation):

Introduction to the special exhibition: Sundays 12.00

Guided tour of the permanent exhibition: Sundays 14.00 (except for special tours / lectures)

You can also take a self guided tour using a free of charge audio guide or embark on a geological-monumental tour of the old town of Zurich to discover which building blocks have been used over the centuries and how geology has shaped the cityscape.
