Well, not when it's Halloween Yoga in a cafe. 

Chantal will guide children through

body awareness

• focus, strength & flexibility
• breathing exercises and
• being present while having fun.  

Through songs, games and props, kids will learn to move like a pumpkin, walk like a spider and breathe like ghost…

Join Chantal for a fun and exciting yoga class for children ages 4-10 and 10 - 14 years old.  

Don’t forget to show-up in your favorite comfortable costume.  

Parents can welcome to participate or the atmosphere of the café.  

Kids get a goody bag with snacks/juice from Thalvie Café too.
