Plastic Pollution: The complicated problem of plastic

Plastic is a great and resistant material made out of a synthetic polymer.

It is increadebly easy to use in everyday life, but extremely difficult to recycle.

Sadly, its extended use has saturated the environment and has even found ways to get into our bodies! Although modern life cannot funciton without plastic, we can help manage waste in our food chain by reducing disposable plastic and creating infrastracture for its waste management.  

The objective is to reduce ocean pollution, microplastics and phthalates which can cause cancer.
