At the Lindt Home of Chocolate you can take a tour of the museum and learn all about how the cocoa pod is grown, harvested and processed into the finest chocolate.
You'll also learn about how the Mayan cult drink came to Europe and why Switzerland became the most important chocolate country.
You will also see for yourself how we produce chocolate today through our glass chocolate factory!
Parties!
If you wish you can also organise an event for your friends and family where you can create your own chocolate delicacies, or enroll to one of the courses for adults and children older than 8 on how to make chocolate figurines and lollipops!
There are chocolate tours specialy designed for families and if your children are younger than 7 then their entry is free!
For children 8 to 15 years old the entry fee is 10CHF and for adults (16 and older) it is 15CHF. For students / apprentices (> 16 years) with ID, seniors (with AHV ID) and IV recipients (with IV ID) the cost is CHF 13.
A buggy is available free of charge for small children to visit the exhibition.
All children can take the tour while listening to a child-friendly text on the audio guide in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin and an additional audio guide in German for children.
If you have a baby a changing table is available too!
