BABY LET’S MOVE (from six weeks postpartum) is a group fitness program where you can ease back into you pre-baby fitness routine while bonding with your baby! 

The ‘Baby Let’s Get Strong’ (from around 12-weeks postpartum) indoor class is all about getting your strength back while always paying particular attention to pelvic floor recovery.

KIDSFIT is a fitness program which inspires children to develop lifelong healthy habits and a passion for physical activity.

From ages 2 – 4: Tiny Tots' Gym (Fridays from 09:00 - 09:45, Saturdays from 10:00 - 10:45)

From ages 5 – 11: Mighty Kids (Tuesdays from 16:30 - 17:15, Wednesdays from 14:00 – 14:45)

From ages 12 – 16: Teen Titans (Mondays from 16:30 - 17:15, Wednesdays from 15:00 – 15:45, Fridays from 16:00 - 16:45)
